Refund Policy

1. General provisions

This Refund Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII, and governs the procedure for refunding amounts paid for digital services of the BLOOM platform (the "Platform").

2. Subject of payment

The Platform provides access to digital services on a subscription basis: pricing plans billed monthly or annually. The service is deemed provided from the moment access to the features of the selected plan is activated.

3. Trial period

New users receive a free 14-day trial period. No charges are made during the trial period, and the user may cancel the service at no cost.

5. Refund procedure

  1. Send a request to billing@mda.in.ua stating: your full name, account email, payment date, amount and reason for the refund.
  2. We will review the request within 3 business days and notify you of our decision.
  3. The refund is issued to the same card/account used for payment, within 5–10 banking days (the crediting time depends on the issuing bank).

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not issued in cases of: violation of the Terms of Use by the user; account suspension for fraudulent activity; use of paid features during the period for which a refund is requested (except as provided in clauses 4.2 and 4.3).
