1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data of BLOOM platform (mda.in.ua) users is processed and protected, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI, and taking into account the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for users from the EU.

2. What data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number (optional), avatar;
- Third-party login data: Google or Telegram identifier, profile name and photo;
- Child's data (entered by parents): name, date of birth, interests — solely for personalizing tasks;
- Payment data: processed exclusively by the payment provider (acquiring bank). We do not store full card numbers;
- Technical data: IP address, device type, cookies — for security and service operation.
3. Purpose of processing
- providing the Platform's services and performing the contract;
- personalizing tasks and recommendations for the child;
- processing payments and issuing fiscal documents;
- notifying about changes to the service;
- fraud prevention and security.
4. Children's data
A child's account is created exclusively by parents or legal guardians, who provide consent to the processing of the child's data. Parents have full access to their child's data and can change or delete it at any time. We do not show children targeted advertising and do not share their data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Disclosure to third parties
Data may only be shared with: payment providers (for processing payments), the hosting provider (storage), and government authorities — solely on grounds established by law. Selling personal data is prohibited.
6. Retention period
Data is retained for the duration of the account and for 3 years after its deletion (to comply with tax legislation requirements regarding settlement transactions), after which it is destroyed.
7. Your rights
In accordance with Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", you have the right to: know about the processing of your data; access it; request correction or deletion; withdraw consent to processing; file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

8. Cookies
We use necessary cookies (session, security) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics — anonymized). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the service's operation.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform at least 10 days before they take effect.
