GDPR compliance
If you are located in the European Union, the processing of your personal data by the BLOOM platform is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Legal bases for processing (Art. 6 GDPR)
- Performance of a contract — providing the Platform's services (account, tasks, wallet);
- Consent — marketing emails (can be withdrawn at any time);
- Legitimate interest — service security, fraud prevention.
Children's data (Art. 8 GDPR)
A child's account is created exclusively by parents or legal guardians. We do not collect children's data without parental control. The child signs in via a link generated by the parent.
Your rights
- Access to your data and a copy of it (Art. 15);
- Rectification (Art. 16) and erasure — "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17);
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20);
- Right to object to processing (Art. 21);
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country.
How to exercise your rights
Write to hello@mda.in.ua with the subject "GDPR". We respond within 30 days. Deleting an account along with all family data is irreversible.
