Children's privacy protection (COPPA)
BLOOM follows the principles of protecting children's online privacy, including the U.S. COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and Ukrainian personal data protection legislation.
Parental consent — always
- A child cannot register on the platform independently;
- A child's account is created by the parents in their own account;
- A child's first login is only possible with a one-time code generated by the parent;
- Parents see their child's activity and manage their tasks and finances.
Data minimization
We only store what's necessary about a child: name, date of birth (for age-appropriate tasks) and progress on the platform. We do not collect a child's location, contacts or correspondence.
No third-party advertising
Children are not shown targeted advertising. Children's data is not sold or shared with advertising networks.
Parents' rights
Parents can view, correct, or completely delete their child's account data at any time — in their own account or by contacting hello@mda.in.ua.
